Can I ask you to pass on my thanks to all the staff and club representatives who made Friday such a good day. It is the 4th time that DAGS have been to Croham and each time I get very positive feedback from those who attend and the numbers increase each year which I take as a sign of success. As you may know we play a different course each month and Croham has always been on the annual fixture list even where other clubs get rotated. Thank you for dealing with the booking and instructing those that were needed to meet our requirements, all was spot on for the day, please thank George and her team who looked after us so well throughout the day, the chefs as the food was excellent, the pro shop who sorted the buggy and pin markers ( not that hard but the new team did well !! ) and you had better thank Steve, but I am not sure what for, as you all did it for him!! The course came in for a great deal of praise from all and given the guys play a number of courses throughout the year it is good to hear the positive comments, again, please pass these on.
I have the easiest job in organising the day as all I have to do is let you know what is needed and sit back. You all did me proud, thank you so much.
On our provisional 2012 schedule Croham is down for July and I will look to book the date early in the New Year.
